All content included on this platform, including but not limited to the VULt brand name, logos, digital imagery, high-fashion photography, cinematic noir creative assets, and jewelry designs, is the exclusive property of Mark Joshua and VULt House of Jewelry. These assets are protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) and international copyright laws.

 

2. Trademark Notice

The name "VULt" and the associated house logo are trademarks of the enterprise. Unauthorized use of these trademarks in connection with any product or service that is not authorized by VULt is strictly prohibited.

 

3. Restriction of Use

You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of the owner. Any unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal penalties.
