SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for choosing VULt. We are committed to delivering your luxury pieces with the highest level of care and security.

 

1. Order Processing Times

  • On-Hand Items: Orders for items currently in stock in Manila are processed within 1–3 business days.

     

  • Pre-Orders: Since we source specific collections from our international partners, please allow 7–15 business days for importation, quality control, and processing before the item is dispatched to you.

     

2. Domestic Shipping (Philippines)

We partner with premium couriers to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days via our preferred local partners.

     

  • Provincial: 3–7 business days via LBC or equivalent secure courier.

     

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for on-hand items within Metro Manila via Grab or Lalamove (fees c/o buyer).

     

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Metro Manila: ₱165.

     

  • Standard Provincial: ₱175 – ₱250.

     

  • Free Shipping: VULt offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders exceeding ₱5,000.

     

4. Shipment Tracking & Security

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number.

     

  • High-Value Security: For your protection, all high-value shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.

     

5. Delays and Responsibilities

  • While we strive for timely delivery, VULt is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs inspections, or extreme weather conditions.

     

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the courier.

     

6. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the exterior and the contents immediately and contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
