1. General Conditions

  • VULt reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

     

  • You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

     

  • These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, and customers.

     

2. Product Accuracy and Pricing

  • We make every effort to display the colors and images of our jewelry as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.

     

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

     

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product (or any part of the service) without notice.

     

3. Orders and Payments

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

     

  • Payment: All transactions must be settled in full before any item is dispatched.

     

  • Custom Orders: For custom signet rings or bespoke pieces, a non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins.

     

4. Shipping and Importation

  • VULt utilizes third-party forwarders for the importation of certain goods; delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

     

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

     

5. Intellectual Property

  • The "VULt" name, logo, and all cinematic photography or branding materials are the exclusive property of VULt House of Jewelry.

     

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

     

6. Limitation of Liability

  • VULt shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.

     

  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

     

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
