No Returns or Refunds VULt House of Jewelry does not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason. All sales are considered final once completed.

Exchange Policy We do allow one (1) exchange within 14 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original, unworn condition.

• The item must include all original packaging.

• Exchanges are limited to equal or higher value items (with the price difference covered by the customer).

Process for Exchange To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once approved, you will be guided through the exchange process.

Unauthorized Returns: Any items sent back without prior authorization or found to be damaged by the user will be returned to the sender at their expense.
